Joey and his team were helpful from step one. There were several questions that came up that they were knowledgeable in helping us navigate.  Joey did an incredible job talking through our options and helping us choose what was best for our home and family. This is a top shelf company from top to bottom! From the Owner Joey, his Son Gabe and the Project Scheduler/Manager Amanda and needless to say the entire roofing crew. They were up there tearing off the old roof and throwing shingles in 107 degrees! 🔥🥵. The new roof turned out fantastic! Very friendly, professional and conscientious. You could just tell they were interested in doing a great job and ensuring we were happy with their product. Also very communicative and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The best part? They installed an upgraded class 4 shingle for 5K less than my next lowest bid (who was going to use a class 3 shingle) Extremely well done to all and TYVM!! Extremely happy with the final outcome and every step along the way.  Joey the owner makes you feel like a friend/neighbor, not a customer.  He patiently walks you through the entire process when dealing with insurance claims.  I was very impressed how he personally came to check on his workers during the extreme heat. We highly recommend Solid Roofing. James Weller of Solid Roofing was extremely helpful.  He was candid and answered all of our questions prior, during, and after the replacement of our entire roof. James would promptly respond to all of our many phone inquiries. James is extremely patient. He is very knowledgeable about roofing, roofing materials, and attic ventilation. The work crews did an amazing job of working through some extreme heat.  The work crew did a great job of protecting our air conditioners, house, windows, and plants. When the crew was finished they did an excellent job of cleaning our lawn and flower beds. They magnetically swept our yard for any nails and debris before they left. When James returned to inspect our roof, he personally magnetically swept our yard, for a second  time, to make sure there was no metal debris in remaining in our yard. The experience with Solid Roofing was informative and explained in detail on what to look for and quality of shingles to be replaced. The roof turned out great and had a storm with heavy rain and wind that evening after they finished and the roof held up fantastic. Could not recommend Solid Roofing enough. Great Job and highly recommend.
