SIGNS YOU MIGHT NEED A REPAIR
You don't have to get up on the roof to check for damage (please don't, honestly; it's not worth the risk). A pair of binoculars from the ground will usually tell you enough.
Keep an eye out for:
- Water stains in the attic after it rains
- Ice piling up along the eaves in winter
- Shingles that are missing, cracked, or curling at the edges
- Mold or dark streaks on the roof
- Stains showing up on ceilings or walls inside the house
If you just lost a handful of shingles in a windstorm, a quick repair usually does the trick. If the shingles are old and brittle all over, that's a sign the roof is nearing the end of its life, and that's exactly what we'll tell you during a free inspection. No pressure to book anything else.

We look at the whole system, not just what you can see from the ground: flashing, decking, ventilation, and the spots where things penetrate the roof.
2. We show you what we find.
You'll see the actual damage before we schedule anything or ask for a dime.
3. We tell you straight whether it's a repair or a replacement.
Roofs under about 15 years old can usually be repaired. Older roofs, or ones with shingles failing across the board, often make more sense to replace. Either way, you'll hear it from us plainly.
4. We fix it.
Most repairs wrap up in a single visit, done by a manufacturer-certified crew.
