Oklahoma Wesleyan University called us after a structural engineer roped off one of their dorms fearful for their student’s safety. Their 50+ year old clay tile roof system was failing and FALLING. Our solution to their fear was to replace the heavy clay tiles with a light weight stone coated steel roof system that has an equal longevity life expectancy with the consistent cosmetic appeal of the existing tile roof systems throughout the campus.
Since then, our repairs and insurance claim assistance have led to now 2 dormitory re-roofs, 2 faculty residential re-roofs, and several repairs to keep this timeless beautiful campus protected. We now are assisting with their expansion efforts and new construction.
